Kelli Scates is an international visual architect from Inglewood, CA exploring mediums of photography, filmmaking, video editing, and set design.

After completing her undergraduate degree in dance and african american studies she began to create visual works that span portraiture, documentary, fashion, music, and entertainment.

Her work is often described as bold, colorfully stimulating, rhythmic, and deliberate.

Committed to highlighting Black culture, especially Black women, Kelli re-imagines photography and video that edifies us.
